A word from the Noah's Ark leaders:

Welcome to Noah's Ark Stay and Play! We hope that noahs ark tableyou enjoy the group and find it friendly and fun. Our aims are to provide positive, educational play experiences for children and friendship and support for each other in our roles as parents and carers.

What happens at Noah's Ark?

We have free play from 10.15-11.30 which includes role play in the home corner, shop or cafes, dressing up, sandpit play, books and jigsaws. There is always a craft activity such as painting, sticking, decorating biscuits or play dough etc.

We have a Babyzone for under 1s which is a soft area with baby gyms and toys.

At 11.00, we have fruit and drinks (either juice, water or milk) for the children and then the trucks, trikes and slide are available for energetic play in the church.

At 11.30, we have a story and singing time and a thought for the day.

Social Events

Noah's Ark has regular social events such as family barbecues, girls' balti nights etc and in the summer school holidays we meet informally at various venues.

Occasionally, we hold coffee mornings with a crèche and a speaker on a topic of interest.

Facilities

There are nappy changing facilities and a toilet through the main church meeting area which we expect carers to use in the interests of hygiene.

Bottle warming facilities are available in the kitchen and we welcome breast-feeding.

Pushchairs can be left in the entrance of the church.
